Kaia Lani
Hawaiian Meditation Teacher ยท Hooponopono Practitioner
My name is Kaia โ Italian by birth, Hawaiian by heart. In 2011, at the age of 32, I was managing a high-pressure design career in Milan when the accumulation of years of unprocessed stress brought me to a wall.
A friend suggested a trip to Maui. I almost did not go. What happened in the first week there โ sitting on the black sand of Waianapanapa, watching the Pacific โ began a process I am still in today. The Hawaiian word for this is ho'omau: to continue, to persevere, to persist.
Over the following years I trained formally in Hooponopono with practitioners in Honolulu, studied lomi lomi healing on the Big Island, and lived for fourteen months in Hana. This website is the distillation of that journey โ and an invitation for yours to begin.

What guides this work
We are not interested in making meditation look good on social media. We are interested in what happens when you sit quietly in the morning, before the noise begins.
Hawaiian wisdom does not belong to us. We hold it with gratitude and respect, acknowledging its origins and never commercialising its sacred core.
Ten minutes every morning, for a year, changes more than a weekend retreat. Simple enough to do every day, deep enough to matter.
